My First Sugar Nellie Stamp
This is my First Sugar Nellie Stamp. I love the way she stands with attitude! :)
I coloured her with Prisma Pencils. The sentiment is the inside circle of a larger stamp from Autumn Leaves. Paper from my stash and Bazill card.

wylde Women Award
I would like to Thank Poppy and Edna for thinking of me for this award. It is humbly received. Thank you again girls.
This award originated with Tammy and you can see for yourselves how gifted this lady is herself.
The rules for this one are simple but the content is the most humbling part of it.
1. You can give it to one or one hundred or any number in between - it's up to you. Make sure you link to their site in your post.
2. Link back to this blogsite so Tammy can go visit all these wonderful women and remember the Purpose of the Award: To send love and acknowledgment to women who brighten your day, teach you new things and live their lives fully with generosity and joy.
I wish to nominate Sonia, Gail

My friend emailed me to ask if I could make a 50th Anniversary card for Friday. I have been up to my eyes in wallpaper stripping but an idea was going around in my head. So when I finished at teatime I got straight onto it. Im really pleased with it. The Rose decoupage is from Cupcake Crafting No.7 CD.
SPOTTY!

Christening Card
My neighbour came crying to my door last night asking if a parcel for her had been left at my house. No it hadn't. She said it was the Christening gown for her daughters Christening which is today! Luckily I had the Christening Gown from my granddaughter Megan, so was able to lend her that one. I can't believe how someone can leave something so important to the last minute! Anyway I quickly made a card this morning.Using Cuddlybuddly graphics.

Personalised Chocolates
I don't have a card to show today but thought you might like to see something my daughter and myself have been working on. A frend of hers is holding a Baby Shower,as my new grandson is due in about 8 weeks. So we are making personalised chocolate bars. I ordered some Hershey's (American Chocolate) mini bars. THEY ARE DISGUSTING! They taste like sick. So we are going to use Twilight Mints.

I have been Away!
I went to The Buddhist Retreat, Called Rivendell, Near Uckfield in Sussex. It was organised by The Carers Centre and Brighton and Hove Council, who paid for it, for carers to learn how to de-stress with meditation. 14 of us arrived there Monday teatime. We were not allowed to do anything. If we wanted a drink it was bought to us. No dishes to wash or beds to make. It was like being in Heaven. We had massage or reflexology. We also learnt a couple of dances! That was great fun, doing Russian and Greek dancing.

What do you do for a 17yr old!
Another Anniversary Card
I had to make an Anniversary card for my friend Phillipa. So I used the design of the previous Anniversary card. Wording cut on my Cricut from the Beyond Birthdays cartridge. I bought myself the Zyron 510 last week and its great for sticking the wording together. This card is A4 folded in half longways. I have some lovely pink handmade paper to wrap the card in and tie with ribbon.
Todays Cards
My card box is so depleted I have started making some quick and easy cards to sell. I'm starting with the childrens cards. These are from a download from
Kay Miller Designs. She has some lovely downloads. I emailed first to make sure I was able to sell the cards I make.

Cricut Cards
My dear friend Sonia challenged me to make a card Using my Cricut machine. So I made 2! She has to do the same. We both have cricuts and don't use then enough! :) The first is the card in the instruction book. The second is an Anniversary card for my Daughter and her hubby for their 5th Anniversary. Megan did the cutting on Shelleys card and I put it together. Both cards are A4 card folder in half.
