I got this Idea from the talented Dawn Easton hereShe makes beautiful cards and projects.
So I had to make one with my crafting girlies who come once a month for a crafty afternoon. We had great fun, lots of hot glue and a few burned fingers. The girls went away with a completed Large decoration and smiles on their faces.
A great decoration for any time of year, just use appropriate papers.
Thanks for looking.

Steampunk part 2. Tag Book and Card
Todays offerings from Kraftyhands Steampunk Emporium CD have all been made using the tag sheets, backing papers and paper ribbons. I have gone to town with various gems from my stash.
I have enlarged some of the paper ribbons by selecting and using screen shot, then paste into a Word document. I have a whole sheet of them now, instead of having to print a whoile sheet of various things just for the ribbons.
All papers have been printed on my New Cannon Printer, wish I had bought one of these before now. I am very happy so far.
A dull wet day here today.
See you soon.

Kraftyhands Steampunk Emporium CD
Later this month we have a new CD from Kraftyhands hitting the shop here called steam punk Emporium. What fun this CD is.
Here are my first 2 makes.
A T-shirt for a boy using t-shirt transfer paper. I took a snap-shot of the topper and enlarged it to make it bigger for the t-shirt.
A card using my Steampunk Cogs and key, from my stash. I got these from QVC when I went there to have a look around and to do a jewellery making workshop. I didnt like the jewellery we made so when I got home, I took it to bits and now have a few more charms in my stash.
The papers from the CD are brilliant. the topper has 3 layers, so looks like an open book.
It doesnt really need anything else added as its all on the papers.
thanks for looking. Another 2 projects in the making.
come back tomorrow for a look at these.

this months Challenge is to make a Christmas Card.
Here are the rules.
The Challenge Rules
Anyone can enter our monthly challenges, the only criteria
we have is that you must be a follower of our challenge blog, we know that
taking part is 99.9% of the fun!
To be the monthly winner of the £20 Kraftyhands voucher, you
must use at least one Kraftyhands or Crafter's Companion product in the
creation of your challenge project.
That's as complicated as it gets!
Each month we choose 3 winners, the No1 winner will receive
a £20 voucher to spend on the Kraftyhands webshop and the No1 winner's
"blinkie", the other two winners will get a winner's
"blinkie" for their blogs!
I have yet to make my own card, as I lost my dear dad 2 weeks ago. My time has been spent doing loads of form filling and paperwork. Its amazing how much there is to get done.
Hope you are all well.
See you soon.
