Handmade Papers

I have really enjoyed myself today making these and more papers. I made up a block of flowers and florishes from my stash and inked with Versamark. I used White Opaque embossing powder. After that I used my brayer with Various inks to apply a coloured coating. The white embossing shows through beautifully.

A very small section has been cut from the paper to fill the centre of an embossed image frame on the first card.Thesecond Design I have copied from my craft magazine, Cardmaking and Papercrafting which I picked up yesterday.

Happy New Year

A very Happy New Year to you all.
Its about time I did something about my blog. I never seem to have the time, or am I just being lazy. Thats more like it I think. Anyway here are some cards made recently.

New Camera

I dropped my camera a couple of weeks ago and broke it. So I went and bought myself a new more expensive one. Im really pleased with it. Its A Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ6. My first pictures are testers of the cats. Neither enjoyed the experience. I just think they are grumpy. Snowy has been in a fight and you can see the scars. Mossy is just grumpy to have been woken up. LOL. Lindax

I love this Image from Mo Manning. The card is an 8 x 8 inches. At the moment Im in to making this size of card.
The paper is from Sweet Shoppe and printed onto cheap Photo paper.
