Shaped card using Dreamees stamps and papers

Hi everyone, I have used my polygon dies to make this card. I cut a backstand on my Cameo, to stand it up. Great fun making this. the papers are from The Boutique CD from Dreamees and the flower stamps are theirs as well as the sentiment.. So easy to cut out too.

The second photo is using some of the left over paper that I printed and a stamped image from Little Claires stamps.

Kraftyhands Challenge, For the Men

Today I have made an 8x8 card, using the Potting Shed mini CD. HERE A good one for men and women gardeners.  Decoupaged up on the man and a layer on the tree as well. The flowers are some old Crealie dies I have. I have recently bought some of the newer Crealies dies.  So watch out for those, coming soon.

Pompey Fan card

An 8x8 card using a variety of media.
Firstly I have used a NitWit collect backing paper, HERE
A football cut on my Cameo.
A Football shirt, lifted from the Portsmouth web site.
Sentiment computer generated and cut out with a stitched die.

The inside had the back of the shirt, with the receivers name and number 1 printed in my graphics programme.

Thanks for looking today.
See you soon.

Using your CD's to their full potential.

So I thought maybe you would like to know how to make cards using our CDs, in various sizes.

First of all open your CD and find the design you would like to use.
In the CD I have used, Floral Fantasia, the design sheets make up an A5 card. If you would like to make something smaller, you need to go to your printing page.
This is mine.
I have chosen the pages I want to print, which is 7 and 8. Next I clicked on Custom Scale and chose 50%, you can make this any size you wish.
You will see in the white box, the printing area. It is now showing the 50% printing area.
I have also gone into Properties and changed the paper to Matt Photo paper, which is what I use for CD printing.
These are the sheets printed in 50% and 100%.

Once cut out and made up, these are my two cards.

The large one is A5 and the small one is 5x5 inches.

I hope this helps you, to get more out of your CDs.

See you soon,

Kraftyhands Challenge for May Lace and Pearls.

Todays card is for the Kraftyhands Blog Challenge which is Lace and Pearls.

I have used lace papers as well as the topper, which I cut around, to fit my die cut from this CD HERE called Seasonal Victorian Beauties.

You can join in with the Challenge HERE

I am not really a lace and pearls person, so found this really difficult... How will you do? Much better than me I am sure. haha.

Thank you for stopping by.
